Bill Markovits practices in the areas of complex civil litigation with an emphasis on antitrust, RICO, and False Claims Act cases. He began his career as a trial lawyer in the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington, D.C. After moving to Cincinnati, he continued a focus on antitrust law. Mr. Markovits has been involved in a number of notable cases, including:
