Gordon C. Greene recently joined the law firm of Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley after serving as principal in his own firm for many years. Previously, he was a partner of Dinsmore & Shohl, L.L.P., and was associated with the law firm of Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis, L.L.P. Gordon has represented parties in virtually every type of dispute. He has had extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in these, among other, areas:
- Construction disputes (property damage, bodily injury, and death)
- Labor/management controversies
- Educational issues: college, secondary schools, faculties, and administration
- Product liability: drug-related claims
- Professional liability issues: architect, engineer, lawyer
- Fire- and explosion-related claims
- Intentional tort: industry-wide liability
- Class-action liability
- Banking issues: embezzlement
- Insurance policy disputes
- Maritime and admiralty claims, limitation of liability issues, seaman and longshore claims; and aviation claims.
