Since 1987, Louise Roselle's civil trial practice at Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley has focused on plaintiffs' complex environmental class action and personal injury litigation in both state and federal courts. Her litigation experience includes wrongful death, products liability, nuisance, trespass, negligence, intentional tort, and punitive conduct. Her cases have included environmental lawsuits for both workers and neighbors, automobile accidents, chemical plant explosions, hotel fire, gas tank explosions, and a train derailment.

Ms. Roselle has practiced before the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio; United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Named a 2010 Ohio Super Lawyer, she is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is a Member, Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists, 2002 to present, and Treasurer, Potter Stewart Inn of Court - 1994-1999. |
