Prior to joining Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley, Bob Steinberg was a United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Ohio, an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, and a law clerk for U.S. District Judge David S. Porter, S.D. Ohio. An AV rated attorney and a 2010 Ohio Super Lawyer, Mr. Steinberg's current areas of practice include multi-district litigation; private mediation services; negotiation for displaced executives; antitrust litigation; employment discrimination litigation; ERISA litigation; major tort litigation; and shareholders litigation.
