Robert Heuck II is a Cincinnati native who attended law school at the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene. While in law school, he served as an extern to Judge Otto R. Skopil, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon.
Following graduation, Mr. Heuck served as a court law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. He then entered private practice, spending the next 12 years in civil litigation at large firms in San Francisco and Cincinnati, representing corporate manufacturing and banking clients concerning commercial and real estate disputes, trademark infringement, trade secret protection, product liability claims, and insurance coverage issues.
He joined Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley in 1999 and has concentrated his practice in the areas of large, complex cases presenting issues of antitrust (monopolization and price fixing), securities fraud, unfair competition (Lanham Act), breach of pharmacy benefits management contracts, and fraudulent prescription drug pricing.
Mr. Heuck has participated in numerous litigations, including:

- State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio v. Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Court of Common Pleas for Hamilton County, Ohio
- State of Ohio v. Dey, Inc., United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio
Mr. Heuck is admitted to practice law in Oregon, California, and Ohio. He is admitted in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Tenth, Ninth, Seventh and Sixth Circuits, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Indiana, District of Oregon, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California and Southern District of California, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Ohio, California, and Oregon Bar Associations.
