WSBC Plays Major Role in Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Litigation

The class action filed by Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, in conjunction with several other law firms against BP, Transocean, Halliburton, and others on behalf of our clients has become a Multi District Litigation. WSBC has been appointed a coordinator of the RICO (racketeering) Plaintiffs' Working Group in that litigation. The case is proceeding into the discovery phase of litigation.
